Amazing hotel in the middle of Tallinn city
Had the pleasure of a 2 days stay at the hotel. My room on the 18.th floor was excellent and did not hear anything on traffic on the streets. Very good beds and fantastic overview of the city. Breakfast was also great. This is not the last time I have choosen this hotel.

The hotel was quite nice and clean. However, we were given a key card to a room that was already occupied with people inside. We went back to the lobby to inform them that the room was taken. Ive stayed in over 80 hotels and this is by far the lousiest customer service I’ve ever had in a hotel. Front desk agent does not know how to do her job at all or properly inform us. Absolutely regret my stay here!! Such a waste of money! Only positive thing is I got a piece of chocolate for my birthday. #Yay ..
