Our overnight stay is memorable for all the right reasons, on arrival the reception team were polite and attentive, our room was clean, and impressive! The lady behind the bar in the bar restaurant went above and beyond even offering a tray with fudge and a message finding out we had got married that day. In the morning our breakfast in the orangery was delicious with a huge variety ,staff again were attentive friendly and efficient! We had a lovely stay and will be back.

Was only there one night for my birthday, everything was wonderful. Staff, room, facilities, spa...all 5*. Unable to comment on food as I didn't eat in the hotel. The grounds looked amazing but weather not suitable to go for a walk...will have to go back!! Not only did I receive a little box of delicious chocolate fudge with a hand written note but also my room had been upgraded. The whole hotel had a feeling of grandeur, bright and airy plus warm and welcoming on a rainy day. Would highly recommend for any occasion.

On arrival my key card didn’t work but it was quickly rectified by the housekeeper and receptionist. Unfortunately my room was over a building that had a fan running all night and the pipes ? water pipes were very noisy at times … woke me just after 5 am. Superb staff, all staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Food was exquisite too every meal was fab in the Orangery and the bar. Beautiful hotel, just a short walk from Pantiles or you can catch the bus downhill. My only criticism was the taxi service provided by the hotel, they charged us 8 pounds to take us down the road to Pantiles which was overpriced. We didn't use that taxi service again.

This is a wonderful hotel, the facilities are great with a nice pool, gym, sauna and stream room all included in your stay. The breakfast is fantastic with a range of really quality options to choose from. The air conditioned rooms were an absolute must in the recent heatwave and meant you could get a great night's sleep. My biggest compliments have to go to the staff though, I interacted with so many of them throughout my stay and they were all so friendly and helpful which is such a rarity, so full credit to them, especially Keira at breakfast who was amazing. I already can't wait to come back and stay here again!
