This particular location has very good customer service from the hotel desk to others employed here. I was greeted well welcoming me to the hotel. I would stay here again when I return to Rochester. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and very thank you to all the employees at this location.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was fine, the room was clean, the bed and linens were good. Your breakfast left a lot to be desired. You should maybe add some pastries along with the coffee

6/10 Good

The only thing this hotel can be used for is to walk to the airport especially for an extremely early flight. No hotels in Rochester have a shuttle that starts before 6 or 7am. We needed to be at the airport at 4am for a 6am flight and this hotel allowed us to sleep there and then walk to airport.

We called for early check-in due to a golf tournament, Dee said she would do her best, and she did awesome! We were able to unload and get ready…THANK YOU DEE! The place was clean, parking convenient and a walk to the airport for an early flight!

This is one of our favourite hotels to stay at in the Rochester area. It's very quiet, despite how busy it gets and the breakfast is the best by far.
