Staff was nice. The daily fee for parking seemed to serve more of an insult than a value added product. The elevators were unreliable, I had to leave the main ones on the 4th floor and head to the garage elevators to get down. I made the mistake of trying to be more patient next time but waited 5-7 minutes for it to arrive. No full mirror in the rooms. The view towards the plaza was quite pleasant.

The staff was friendly & excellent. The room was disappointing. Lots of long, black hair in the bathroom which isn’t mine or my husband’s. Sadly, our room wasn’t cleaned the first day we were there but finally was on the second. Pool area was gross. Trash everywhere, drink's left all over, as well as used towels. Also, area around the bar/front lobby area needed cleaning, too. Lots of trash everywhere. My husband & I wanted to enjoy a weekend in a nice hotel & it was just “meh,” sadly.

We also had problems with the bathroom door sticking & the shower head on the wall was loose & not properly secured. However, the pros were it was a quiet hotel, parking was convenient, and we enjoyed the hotel bar. We also liked the location as it was centrally located for us for the most part.
