Clean room, lady was very nice and welcoming. I didn’t read small print where it said single room had a shared bathroom. The bathroom was immaculate though and there’s a sink, kettle, fridge and microwave in the room.

Was very disappointed on the service provided on your end. Could not no matter how hard I tried to get to speak to someone. We asked for a dog friendly hotel and couldn’t get get combination ether from you or the hotel. And when we arrived they told us they did not accept. Dogs. My partner is disabled and sharing a bathroom with others was not acceptable. However after a long discussion with the both the owner and staff we came to a amicable compromise but from your end was very dissatisfied that you would not get to speak with an actual person and your automated response and emails would not give the answers to the questions I was asking. So in our opinion you need to address this. The staff at the hotel were very good in the end though. This should have been able to sort out with you before Hand

Weekend visit to Leeds

Myself and two friends stayed here as we were watching a concert in Leeds city centre. Location is fine and really easy to get a taxi into the city. Really quiet area. Ron is a great host and the rooms were fine. I would recommend this hotel if visiting Leeds as the price is great.

It was not written down potentially how many guest will use 1 shared bathroom. The only toilet and only shower was in the same room. My room was on a different floor. I had to lower my head on the corridor, as the roof was low. Wifi was slow. I could not charge my shaver anywhere. The TV remote had sticky buttons, did not really work. The staff was kind, but was not aware that I paid for breakfast. This converted house-hotel is friendly, but quite poor, run-down. It was a unique experience, but the value was much lower than what I expected from the good reviews, and compared to the £86.67 that I paid to hotels.com for a single room.
