I tried my best to contact the property about rescheduling my arrival due to losing my brother so suddenly. It was an unexpected loss and we were having his funeral services and burial Friday and Saturday. Of course we tried and tried but nothing. Expedia was willing to help us out but the owner was not having it at all. They said there was nothing they could do at all. We didn’t want to cancel we just wanted to reschedule to not lose all the money. This was something we were not expecting at all so we were stuck paying it along with the additional funeral services. No sympathy from the owners what so ever and not an attempt to work with us.
