Loved the hotel and its amenities. Great bar and restaurant inside and all the usual touches you’d expect from a Graduate property. Our room was very spacious with lots of storage space and the bathroom was great too. Comfy bed! Check in was good but any other time we went to reception including to check out, the member of staff couldn’t care less, didn’t ask how our stay was or anything! Just not used to this in the US!

It was fine, but our tv didn’t work the first night but the facilities manager swapped it out day two and he was amazing. Great customer service. They didn’t validate my parking when they were supposed to. Just a few front desk items fell short. The rooms are loud though, we heard traffic noise as though we were outside. My daughter was happy with the experience being downtown though. Breakfast was expensive but very good. No complementary coffee. Just a different type of experience.
