L’hôtel est superbe, luxueux, la végétation luxuriante. Très belle chambre avec lit Confortable SAUF le lit supplémentaire était horrible, avec tous les ressorts qu’on pouvait sentir avec juste la main, extra bed facturé 50 dollars. La réception nous a fait payer ce lit malgré notre réclamation… une HONTE d’avoir un matelas aussi horrible dans un établissement 5 étoiles, et dans lesquel la nuit coûte très cher

The Gran Melia Arusha was the perfect hotel to stay after our safari. The property is beautiful and very quiet (especially for a property surrounded by busy streets. The amenities at the hotel were fantastic and the options for dinning are varied, with the rooftop restaurant having an amazing view.

Wonderful Experience!

Get the mountain view for sure!
Beautiful property! A little pricy for what you get as a 5star hotel, I think what you pay for is the view. I arrived late evening and when I was finally showered and ready to sleep I saw dozens of fleas all over my headboard. Not sure why or where they came from, and after housekeeping came up and offered to fumigate, we decided it was better to switch rooms entirely. It was a very simple swap and I'm grateful that it was easy. The rest of my stay was great. Lunch options were minimal, but the morning breakfast buffet is incredible and I would need a month just to explore all the options! I would definitely stay here again for the experience.

Beautiful property with amazing views and great vegetation! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable after our 3 AM arrival at the hotel, we are super grateful! They gave us a tour of the coffee plantation and gardens from where food is sourced to the restaurants! The pool and amenities are amazing as well!
