The airport shuttle bus from Incheon Airport to the Grand Hyatt was very useful. Had trouble finding where the bus was, no signs at the airport and had to ask several staff members before we eventually found it. The hotel is very impressive. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The whole atmosphere is very pleasant. We had an evening meal and breakfast during our one night stay, both were absolutely delicious! Our room was very comfortable and clean. Very happy. Only wished we could have stayed a day or two longer.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The buffet was absolutely amazing. I just wish that the rooms had a little bit better upkeep especially in the bathrooms.

Loved our stay here. The staff were really friendly and it was so easy to get the free bus to and from the airport (even though we had to get to the airport at 6:30am. The room was very large and clean. We needed two rooms and the check in staff member was extremely helpful in making sure we got two rooms together. We didn't use the pool - we took swimsuits but you have to have a swim cap and we didn't. They sell them in the shop for about $9 each or you can just wear a baseball cap if you have one. Every interaction we had with hotel staff was first class. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

For a hotel near the airport, it was amazingly quiet. It was clean, staff very helpful and courteous, and the free shuttle made going to and from the airport a breeze. I would stay here if I had a long layover. The only issue I had is the same at so many hotels, not enough electrical plugs. However, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to travelers to Korea.

The room is a little dated and not fancy, but the room is quite. The staff genuinely tried to be helpful and made me feel welcome. I would stay again.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is good but a bid dated. The rooms could do with a renewal, the furniture looked ok but a bit old. For a five star hotel, I was expecting more amenities in the bathroom, which was quite basic. The restaurant was a bit expensive and food was ok. I understand that this is next to the airport so you need to pay a premium for that but the food was ok not mind blowing. The staff was polite although they mixed up things a couple of times showing that processes need to be reinforced to avoid things slipping. Again for a five star hotel you should expect better. The swimming pool was good and there is a sort of sento which is nice. Overall a good solid hotel but there is room for improvement.
