Merhaba, iki kişi konaklama yapacaktık. Daha sonra bir kişi iptal oldu. Bunu uygulamanızdan düzelttim. Tek kişi olarak bildirdim. Fakat otele giriş yaparken iki kişilik işlem yapıldığını farkettim. Durumu resepsiyona bildirdim. Bir süre inceledikten ve uygumadaki rakamı gösterdikten sonra düzelttiler. Sorun şu : Ben uygulamanızda düzeltme yaptıktan sonra, düzeltmenin otelin sistemine yansımamış olması. Burda gelişime ihtiyacınız olduğunu düşünüyorum. Teşekkürler.

13-17 kasım arası kongre dolayısıyla 4 gece bu otelde konakladık. Neden bu kadar yüksek puan aldığını pek anlayamadık. Tabi puan beklenti çerçevesinde gelişiyor. Biz genelde hiltonda kaldığımızdan bizim beklentilerimizin altında kalmış olabilir. Ama bu kadar yüksek olunca ve konumu dolayısıyla şans verelim dedik. Öncelikle personeller güleryüzlü ve ilgililerdi bu konuda çok teşekkür ederiz. Odamız 1. Katta idi. En sonki akşam alttan bir grup insanın kahkahası gürültüleri çok geldi onun haricinde otel sokak arasında olduğundan zaten araba sesi gelmesi pek mümkün değil. Oda temizdi fakat ilerleyen günlerdeki temizlikte yerler süpürülmedi geri kalan temizlik iyiydi. Odadaki televizyon çok küçük ve eskiydi. Kahvaltı çeşitlilik açısından iyiye yakındı fakat özellikle dikkatimizi çeken her gün tıpatıp aynı kahvaltı olması ve biten ürünlerin yenilenmemesiydi. Lobi bölümü sigara içilen kısım pisti hep kuş pislikleri vardı bence üzeri tam kapatılmalıydı. Otelin kapalı otoparkı yetersizdi 4 günde de hep dışarı park edildi arabamız ve maalesef kuş pislikleri ile doluydu. Bir daha diyarbakıra gelirsek tercih etmeyiz maalesef.
