Ok not what i come to expect from fraiser suite
Check in man was incompetent an did not know the hotel system, took 40 minutes at 2 in the morning. Room ok but no toothbrushes or usual hygiene packs. Room comfortable but smelt of smoke, shower was blocked and did not drain so could only shower for less than 2 minutes

Great hotel in Futian
Really enjoyed the Fraser Suites Futian. I stayed on two separate occasions this past trip and moving forward I will continue to stay there on my Shenzhen business trips.

Rude and dirty
Found staff quite rude. I mistakenly thought the soda water at breakfast was complementary, it wasn't. One of their staff followed me to my room for payment (which was a little intimidating) and wouldn't add it to to the check out bill. Was laughed at because I didn't have wechat pay,(which is not allowed from the country I am from.) Toaster at breakfast not in working order and no water available to drink with breakfast. Toaster was also quite dirty. Main ensuite bathroom had dirty toilet paper on the toilet floor from previous guest. Would not stay here again. This is the only negative comment I have ever left about a property. Very disappointed because it was highly recommended to me by a friend.
