Staff at hotel were super friendly and helpful with sightseeing tips. The room was very comfortable, clean and very quiet. A variety of restaurants and other services are within walking distance and it is very close to the Corniche for views of King Fahad's Fountain. Overall, a great place to stay.

All the afternoons, for several hours, hotel made maintenance job activities on the 6th floor. All guests on the 5th floor could hear a deafening drill noise. No apology from the hotel. I don’t understand how this is a 5 star hotel. It’s absolutely not a 5 star hotel. I will never come back again in this hotel.

The hotel reminded me of the new wave of hotels as they were built in the 70's: standard room, bathroom and public areas - but overall well kept.
Location was good for me but I would recommend hotel on the Corniche to others.
