Initial room had only a cheap push button lock and internet never worked. 2nd room was improved but I had to connect to another floor's WiFi signal to get any service. Staff unlocked my door and walked into my room without knocking as I was laying on the bed. Stated there was a potential water leak and she thought I "had already left". She was sweet and apologetic but felt this to be a violation of my privacy. Beyond that, other amenities were fine.
