8/10 Very good

Whenever I visit Malaysia, I choose to stay at your hotel. The rooms, location, and breakfast are very well. However, the hallways on each floor feel a little old and musty. I hope this can be improved.

Great location near pavilion mall. Staff is courteous. Rooms are dated and not 5 star quality… price is high but for the convenience I guess it’s worth it

6/10 Good

Expected it to be more renovated than what it was. Taking your luggage from the car park to lobby was hard with stairs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would prefer a bit more choice on the tele. Conveniently located at the heart of Bukit Bintang
