Great location, generally a good hotel but price is high too. Main complaints if i nit pick will be: 1. Door slams v hard, instead of slowing it accelerates. Door closers need to be adjusted 2. Insufficient hooks 3. Seems dusty Many complimented the breakfast but personally i think it was normal. One day, uncooked chicken satay was placed out, the chef came over to apologise, i hope not many ate it (my son took one piece unfortunately)

出張で5泊しました。 部屋は広く、スタッフもフレンドリーで親切でしたが、シャワーの水圧が低すぎて不便だったのと、部屋のテレビの電源が何度も勝手にオンになり、真夜中に2回も起こされました。 また、朝到着のフライトで9時過ぎに到着したのですが、アーリーチェックインができず、15時まで待つか部屋をアップグレードしたら10時半に入れると言われました。 タイやアメリカ、ヨーロッパでも朝に到着しても無料でアーリーチェックインできたので、それと比べるとかなり不便で高いという感想です。 立地の良さ、朝食のメニューのバリエーションの豊富さや味、ジムの設備などは満足ですが、シャワーの使い勝手と夜中に叩き起こされるテレビは避けたいので、次にまたクアラルンプールに行く機会があっても他のホテルを選択するつもりです。
