The hotel itself is nice. The staff was friendly. But, we arrived very late after moving and the computer system was down. It took over 45 minutes until we were let into a room. They couldn't make keys. The next day the water was off for around 7 hours for a new water heater. There next day it took a long time to get hot water still.

The Staff was very friendly. The hotel was very nice and clean . Breakfast was okay but very limited choices . The bed was very uncomfortable. My husband and I got little to no sleep . I requested for a receipt to be emailed to me and did not receive one. Unfortunately we had to checkout a day early due to a family situation.

This place was perfect for an overnight stay passing through! Safe location! Very friendly & welcoming front desk. Clean room, comfortable bed, & shower was fine. Yes, it’s under construction but it wasn’t a bother. I think my room had already been renovated. The continental breakfast wasn’t the best and their coffee machine was out but I don’t have too high of expectations for a free breakfast.

Because of the very extensive work being undertaken on the lobby area, everything was dusty and it was like walking through a building site. There was nowhere outside of the room to sit. I feel that you should have cl;osed the hotel to do this work and not continue to welcome visitos.
