What a beautiful hotel! My sister and I wanted a little get-away from the city. We hiked in Starved Rock and stayed in your hotel. It was so clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed it and plan on coming back some day.

I was told I had a hot tub in room and got here and they took them out over 3 years ago. Other then that the rooms were nice and clean the pool is small and the hot tub was out of Sirvice we still enjoyed our time but was disappointed

Didn’t see anything to complain about. Attendant gave us a nice room in a quiet corner of the building. The traffic might bother you if you are a light sleeper but it’s fine for me. Room was clean as any I’ve been in. Doesn’t look dated as some do. Not planning to use any amenities- just need to sleep and shower. So far so good. Was a little pricier than others, but not outrageous.

The room was so nice, extremely spacious! However, the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were chips behind the sleeper sofa and hair in the tub and sink. The water also did not get hot or even warm for bathing.

We got to the hotel at 3 o’clock in the morning and were checked into a room where the bed wasn’t made, it appeared to have been slept in, and there was trash in the trashcan. They did switch our room, but offered no apology.

I had a reservation from Mon thru Wed. I called them Saturday and asked if I can come in an extra day early on Sunday and pay for tIhe extra day. The front desk clerk said yes and I checked in on Sunday. Tuesday came a. I think it was very unprofessional of the hotel to ruin my trip because they didnt know what they were doing. Not impressed with this extended stay. I have stayed at several over the years in many different states and Upon check in the staff member was arguing with a guy that booked this hotel for his birthday because of jet tub in his room there was no jet tub . We were also told that the hot tub was not working hasn’t been for awhile. The staff member was rude to my family when they brought their baggage in. She told my sister she was giving her anxiety. When we got to our room there was a bottle of used water in our frig. The pull out couch is wrappers and crap under it . There was pretzels under the bed . This hotel isn’t up to my standards and very unhappy . The Kleenex box had 2 Kleenex in it . The elevator smells like the electrical is hot and also sounds like it gonna stop working it hesitates and shakes . Not impressed at all !!!!

Hotel staff and facility were great. We changed our hotel the day before for a hot tub and unfortunately, to our surprise the hot tub was NOT working. Luke warm water. Disappointing. Overall nice hotel, friendly staff & good location.
