Hampton Inn San Antonio
First, the address that navigation takes you to is nowhere near the actual hotel. When we called the hotel for exact directions and location, the gentleman on the other end, couldn’t speak English very well, and so it was difficult to understand where he was telling us to go. He told us to enter through a side street that ran behind the Tesla dealership and that there was a gate there there was open that we could come in. When we got there, the gate was locked so we had to turn around and go all the way back out. The only way to get there was to go all the way down the interstate to the next major intersection and take the U-turn and come back up the freeway, which all in all probably was about another 3 to 4 miles. The hotel is very difficult to get to. When we finally got there, I made that reference to that gentleman that checked us in. And he wasn’t aware that the back gate was closed that he told us to enter. The room was clean, but we had no hot water in our shower. Both there were two sinks in the room and both sinks seem to get hot water relatively quickly. But the shower I stood in for almost 10 minutes and never got hot water. Will probably never stay there again
