We stay here all the time.

We have family who lives nearby so we stay at this hotel every time we visit. We've stayed here about 10 times or so. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and staff is always friendly. We usually eat breakfast elsewhere but the few times we've had the free breakfast, it was just ok.

Good location - nice and quiet area but convenient to plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. Staff were very kind, professional and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. There were tons of outlets! I call that out for 2 reasons - the obvious is of course now we tend to travel with various electronics that likely survive by charging. And the other reason is convenience to setup alternate "get ready stations". Since the toilet, shower and sink/counter space are all behind one door, having alternative options in the room to use hair tools or an iron was key. The cabinet top, desk area, snack table or even coffee table were all available options since there were outlets around each. Would definitely book here again if/when back in Rosenberg.

This was by far the worst Hampton Inn my family and I have ever stayed at. The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. Our room was ant-infested, and to make matters worse, the toilet was dirty upon arrival. We were told no cleaners were available to resolve the issue at the time. When I requested a shampoo replacement, the receptionist simply handed me a new bottle and expected me to mount it myself, without informing me that a special key was needed. Eventually, a housekeeper came to install it, but she was on speakerphone during the entire process, holding a personal conversation while providing service. The night receptionist was also unfriendly and rude, showing no concern or professionalism. It is good that the location has easy access to a walkable shopping center. I visit Texas quite often, but I can confidently say: I will never stay at this location again, not even for free.

Love the location! Usually stay there about twice a year. This time we decided to take our kids with us, they were excited about the pool. Unfortunately the pool was filthy to say the least! The water green! Slimy! We let the front office know about the situation and all they said was “yea” the pool guy comes tomorrow… this was Sunday. We checked out Tuesday and the pool still hadn’t been cleaned! Kids were super bummed….

I didn't like the fact that the light and fan, in the washroom were on the same switch. Fan very noisy and no requirement to be on with light. Fan should be on a separate switch. Very hard on sensitive ears which my wife and I have, Otherwise, very nice staff.

Perfect for us & our pup.

This lovely hotel with its gracious host is perfect for dog owners and seniors needing bars in the bathroom. The room was large with plenty of room for the dog kennel. The bed was quite comfortable. To top it off, the hotel is next to walking running trails with a dog park. (Bring your own water to the dog park.)

During my check in, the staff agreed that my checking out time was 4 pm as I had requested for a late check out. While I was away from the hotel, a staff packed up my bag at 12 pm and kept it disrespectfully at the reception without informing me. I was kicked out of the hotel like a criminal and I was threatened. It was a horrible and inhumane experience
