The room was very clean, and the staff were excellent and very friendly. The mini bar was well stocked and the prices were very reasonable. Most hotels today don’t provide a complete toilet amenities kit, so I was very impressed with the management for including this. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Bolton. And Sauna was surprised I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna

Front desk and concierge staff were professional, friendly and gave very good service. Hats off to the concierge who recognised us after the first car park/retrieve and would immediately grab our keys to retrieve our car even as we approached the desk. Small things but above average. Great hotel and great stay

We had a lovely stay here. On family get away from Auckland to show the kids the sights of Wellington. Room was great size and had kitchen and laundry tho didn’t need it had we stayed longer it would have been amazing. Pool and spa were great for the kids. Only negative was the room had little bid of damage on the walls in areas.
