Usually I do not like writing bad reviews, but when it comes to telling the truth and recommending something or not, I just have to. First of all, nothing is “Grand” in this hotel, as visible, do not know where the name comes, but that is not much of importance. The boy at the reception was nice and helpful. The bad part of our trip is that when we got to our room, we saw that it looked nothing like the double standard room on the photos, there was a smell of cigarettes, it was not clean enough, can easily say not maintained well and miserable. When we got to our bed even the sheets themselves did not smell like they were washed, the WiFi login was impossible without the receptionist’s help. We just could not wait to check-out from this place and we even didn’t want to wait for the morning breakfast to begin. Furthermore, we saw another guy bringing some slices of bread in big plastic bags, which was totally gross and left us even more stunned. Apologize If I disappointed all of you readers with the opinion and experience of me and my girlfriend, but this is not the place if you respect yourself and the 3-star standard in the other hotels, as this should’ve been as it is sold and advertised. Oh, and I forgot to mention the parking - just a place behind a building next to the street without fences or anything, you can barely say its a part if the hotel. And yes, all of the 5 spots that are not even made somehow were occupied and we parked randomly on street.
