Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Maybe 2-star. Tiny room, very old, but clean. The room smelled terrible, probably someone smoked nearby the whole time we stayed there. The man at the desk was polite.

Rooms were large enough with extra bed and quilts. Bed was comfortable. Lots of traffic noise in the evening but nice and quiet in the middle of the night as it was residential area. Thin walls, could hear people talking next door.
