整體上還可以，酒店位置很便利，櫃台服務人員很殷勤，唯其他服務人員很少，泳池未見有任何服務人員，住客隨便擺放已用完的毛巾，沒有人處理。早餐時，服務人員也不多，他們忙碌收拾餐具，已顯現疲累了。ibis 酒店一向受大眾歡迎入住的。惟今次的住宿經驗，服務人員人手不足，部份地方欠了整潔的感覺。
