위치도 좋고 주변 환경도 좋지만 위생 상태가.. 그릇 상태가 깨끗하지 않고, 객실에서 다수 벌레 출현. 베개에 곰팡이 자국 충격. 켄싱턴 계열은 평창, 제주 서귀포, 하동까지 다 가봤는데 이 정도로 깨끗하지 않은 곳은 처음임. 그리고 1층 카페도 너무 더움. 주문도 누락하고.. 이번 가평점은 전체적으로 아쉽고, 재방문은 꺼려질 듯함.
