Great location, very close to Rossio station. The rooms are small, but work. There is an automatic air freshner in the bathroom that we could not turn off. We are sensitive to smells and this was very annoying. The wall for the shower was not sealed and water ran out from underneath, flooding the bathroom. Front desk service was great. Decent closet space.

Front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. They arranged airport shuttle both ways. Staff communicated with me via email a number of times before our vacation. Very reassuring that they were so receptive. Had breakfast in restaurant every morning and dinner for our last nite. We had the welcome drinks and discount on bill. The Hotel Lis-Baixa was wonderful. The reception staff was personal and welcoming. We checked in and immediately ate in their restaurant with an exceptional meal and complimentary glass of port/wine. The location was ideal. The beds and baths were great. Our only disappointment was the size of the rooms. Almost too small for 2 people to comfortably move around and the only place to hang clothes was a small hook on the wall.
