Great location and clean comfortable rooms, shower floor gets very slippy, so could do with a grab rail, but ok when you get used to it. Only have given 4 out of 5 as really miss not having a kettle in the Motel One room, not the very cheapest hotel so should be an option at least. Good location for the hotel in the city centre with everything within walking distance and very close to the riverside bars etc. 4 out of 5 due to no kettle or room safe but would probably stay again due to location.

Usual Motel - Great hotel chain.

First tip if arriving by car - There is no parking. Instead head direct to BREPARKhaus Am Brill car park which is about 200 m from the hotel. Hotel is usual high standard Motel One hotel. Comfortable bed and a great nights sleep. Great location and would stay here again.

I had items taken out of my room and no one cared that this happened and told me they would keep an eye out for my stuff. I am missing clothes, sunglasses and hair products.

Check-In sehr nervig

Es ist für mich nach wie vor unverständlich, dass man bei der Buchung und dann erneut beim Check-In vor Ort seine Adresse angeben muss. Kann man die Systeme nicht verknüpfen? Die Tatsache, dass die Adresse mündlich abgefragt wird und man Sie im Beisein anderer wartender Gäste angeben muss, finde ich aus Datenschutzgründen zudem extrem bedenklich. Ansonsten ein gutes Hotel.

Alt i alt fint hotel

Min mand og jeg var der i 2 overnatninger, og der var intet at klage over. Vi havde værelse ud til byen, hvor man godt kunne høre sporvognene kører engang i mellem. Morgenmaden på hotellet var også ganske fint. Lidt dyrt da det kostede 18 €. Vær obs på at når du/I kommer i bil at deres parkeringshus er lille og der ikke er plads til mange. Vi måtte parkere i et nærliggende parkeringshus.

Umgang mit Parkhaus unverantwortlich

Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal … die Abstriche muss ich wegen des Umgangs mit der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage. Das Hotel notiert nicht/weigert sich die Namen u. Nummernschilder der eingeparkten Fahrzeuge zu registrieren !??? Folge: ein anderes Fahrzeug hatte mich so zugeparkt, dass ich nicht an/in mein Auto kam … und somit konnte ich wegen der Nichtregistrierung überhaupt nichts unternehmen ! Das ist unverantwortlich vom Hotel !!!
