Its a great hotel and cleaned nicely. The staff are very helpful and made us feel very safe. However outside the hotel the area is sketchy, especially at night. It’s only a 6/7 minute walk from La Ramblas, but you have to walk quickly to and from at night. Overall, we had a lot of fun and loved the hotel, but were just extra cautious when we were outside.
