Very friendly staff - easy parking in hotel drive - eggs cooked to order for breakfast. We only used the hotel for one night as a stopover on our journey further South but would be an ideal location had we had more time to visit Tivoli gardens.

Beautiful Hotel....and great value!
A wonderful hotel in close(est?) proximity to the impressive Villa Adriana (Hadrian’s Villa). Welcoming, kind service at the front desk, through to our beautiful, clean and comfortable room made for the perfect one-night stay to close the day after the long walk through the ruins.
The roof-top breakfast was expansive and fresh, attended by a lovely and kind woman who looked after everyone as if they were family.

O.C. Hotel Villa Adriana was in the perfect location to visit all the sites in Tivoli. It's also convenient to the autostrada system around Rome. Staff was very helpful and informative about the area, as well as friendly and accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was excellent as was the Wifi. The hotel provided free safe onsite parking which is very important for those traveling with rental cars particularly in Italy. The rooms were comfortable. Great value for the money.

Awful location and dirty room
The hotel is in the main street of Tivoli which is noisy and dirty. We were shown to our room and had to ask for a different room, as there were stains on the bedcover and the room smelled of smoke. We were moved promptly but the hotel overlooks an old car park and I genuinely felt unsafe.

A good hotel
the hotel is well located to downtown Tivoli and the Villa Adriana. Has its own parking and although it hasn't its own restaurant it recommends one which is 0,5 miles distant, provides a discount to those staying at the hotel and offer good food. Additionally, there is a large supermarket by the hotel

Helpful, clean, modern and well placed
Staff were English speaking and extremely helpful. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. It was nice to sit on the roof for breakfast. Room was modern and very clean. Great parking. 24/7 reception which was helpful as we arrived late. Good strong Wifi. Really well situated for Hadrian's Villa which we loved. Thank you.

Nice hotel with modern touches
This hotel might be a long walk to Villa Adriana... 30 minutes?
It is new and clean.
One touch I liked was electrical connections on both sides of the bed that make charging your phone easy.
Staff was very helpful

Short stay only
We stayed here late September. Hotel is in a built up area with a very busy road in front of the hotel. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Very few restaurants within walking distance and the hotel does not have a restaurant. Expensive to get a taxi into Tivoli 15euro for a 3km trip! Very pleasant staff though and adequate breakfast. Walking distance to Hadrians Villa which was fabulous

Nice place, very modern
It was a windy night and made the shutters have a lot of noise. When I raised them, the problem went away. But the Front Desk was not able to help at that point.

Good hotel
Great location to see Tivoli if you have a car which we did. Very friendly staff, nice lobby and clean rooms. Right on main street and easy to find. Room was nicely furnished and had enough towels, hot water and comfortable bed. Good breakfast. I would recommend this hotel. Self parking was right next door to hotel, felt safe.

Courteous and near the good stuff
The hotel is in lower Tivoli, a busy commercial road with little character. But it is very close to Hadrian's Villa (thus the name); and ten minutes drive away is Tivoli proper and the magnificent Villa d'Este. Hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful
