Pathetic stay despite great location
Pathetic stay. Though in a great location just minutes away by walk from Baga beach, this property is a disaster. Absolutely deplorable condition, ill maintained and terrible staff attitude. Housekeeping is best described as non existent, intercomw doesn't work, no dental kit or body lotion. When asked, they suggested to use conditioner instead! Breakfast variety ends before it starts. Bedsheets and quilt was last changed when the hotel was made it seems. Towels and sheets smell of oil. Glasses and cups smell as if they were cleaned with floor cleaning clothes. Loud noise from the streeet entire night won't let you sleep. Better sleep on Baga beach itself than this.

Nice stay. But no Ocean View possible
The place is nice and secluded from the beach - which is not a very relaxing beach be it known to those traveling. The breakfast is great and abundant. The pool is clean but small and not very inviting. Lastly, we paid a pretty petty for a 'partial ocean view' when I inquired for a room with some ocean view, they told me they don't have rooms with ocean view. Argh.

The location is great. Staff is good after seeking for help. Property looked aged and deteriorated vs photos posted. Room had issues but staff changed the room. New room was bigger. But still not new n looked run down. But was comfortable.

Loved our stay at Casa Baga
It's just 5 minutes away from the beach. Very well kept rooms and comfortable beds. Loved our balcony and comfort of the room. We will surely visit again. The pool is clean but because of the chlorine can't keep your eyes open while swimming. Breakfast is decent but would appreciate more options.

Good location in baga but no wifi in rooms
Wifi does not work in the rooms and was not strong in the common areas. The staff told me it was b/c many guests were using it. This was not true as there were not many guests in the property, and I tried at every many points during my stay. I spent my first night in Goa in a $6 a night hostel which had fast internet in every corner of the hostel. Baga Casa should invest more in wifi services at prices they charge.

Terrible
No towels, no intercom, fridge was not working. Paid for three days as advance booking on Expedia site, but left the hotel within hours and checked in at another hotel which was cheaper, at good location & provided all amenities.

Beautiful place
What a sweet place to stay, the gardens were lush and beautiful, the rooms had a great style and were comfortable. Great location short walk to the beach or main street.

Casa Baga- Needs improvement for price charged
Some of the issues we faced during our stay were as follows:
- A/C not working and failure of hotel staff to rectify the same in 2 days!
- Frog in room
- Staff not serving breakfast at 10.33 a.m. because bfast timings were till 10.30 am!
The staff generally was however friendly and catered to some of my specific needs such as flowers and champagne (not chilled though as desired) in the room prior to check-in.
However, this property is nowhere close to a 4 star. Rooms are fairly average. Moreover, there is no view of the sea at all. The sea is a good 5 minute walk away from the hotel...

Really disappointed stay here
Emmm, it's quite difficult to describe the experience. At first it seems ok for the location. But the room is much smaller than the picture shows. And you cannot see the beach from the window. Most important, the WIFI is not working at all. Even mobile signal is weak in the room.

Overall very enjoyable.
The door is a bit tricky but maybe an obvious sign on the entrance would be nice. Can use some hot water but it’s no biggie. The best room I’ve stayed at in goa. Very easy access to everything from party gadgets to shopping to food and to convenient stores. Once you go out the party starts from there.
