The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, tidy, wifi, TV, all necessary equipment. Most importantly, the apartment was close to the sea. There were cafes, restaurants, shops around the apartment. In the end, we can say that I spent a pleasant day in Batumi.

Apartment is very clean and modern comfortable. I really enjoyed apartment located high floor amazing sea sea view . Room has big fridge washing machine microwave wave. Has kitchen and all facility. Room is siutable for 3 person. Near the building is many activity. For example near the building is many restaurants supermarket pharmacy; Boulevard and dancing fountain. I was 42 floor very comfortable room directly sea view. Sunset side . Room is vell equipped building itself is new ans modern. Bed is comfortable good mattress clean towels linen. This property is advertised as a hotel, but it is actually just an apartment. Upon arrival, there was no reception service available, and we were told to call a phone number. Unfortunately, the host never showed up or provided assistance. After waiting and being unable to check in, we had to find and book another place to stay. Overall, it was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and I would not recommend this property.

The room I was given was not the room I originally booked. I was told the previous guest had extended their stay, so I had to be moved to a different building and room instead. If you arrive early, luggage storage is available at reception, but there is an extra charge for it. The receptionist in the building also wasn’t the friendliest. The lifts and reception area could get very busy at times, likely because the building is huge and has a lot of units. The room only came with one tissue roll, and no cleaning service was provided during my stay. Depending on your luck, you may also have noisy neighbours and notice smoke smells in the hallways or nearby rooms. On the positive side, it’s a short drive to the airport and fairly central to most places. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for.
