This property is very hard to find as the address given 8A Coombe street is incorrect. It is down a back path behind other properties. It took 40mins & several calls to Sykes cottages to find it! There is a cat (not mentioned in booking blurb) who comes via a cat flap which can be locked which we did due to a cat allergy! Overall it is a little 'tired' but the decor is nice and amenities are good, everything you need. It does need a thorough clean of lamps, pictures etc and a good clean of windows & cobwebs. Overall, expensive for what it is. We would not book this property again

Had a great stay at Lynchway. I would definitely come back. The pictures don’t make justice to this beautiful cottage.
