This hotel was amazing from the moment I entered to the moment I left. Clean and spacious hotel. The staff was AMAZING providing exceptional hospitality! I had accidentally left my custom AirPods behind, the hotel manager messaged me informing me that the housekeeper turned them in. The integrity speaks so highly on behalf of the staff and I can not thank them enough for contacting me. The room amenities were also very good. Wherever I stay, trust me when I say.. it will forever be at The Hilton.

Great place to stay in Tacoma. Convenient to everything and especially close to two amazing beer/dining places. Our room was on the back side facing the mural at Heidelberg Brew Pub. Very quiet. The room was clean a spacious. Sad that there isn't free breakfast. We never saw anyone in the restaurant the 4 days we were there. Maybe they should re-think that situation.

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A POOL, nor a hot tub, NOR FREE BREAKFAST. The staff informed me that they have tried to let google and all the sites know so do yourself a solid and be aware of this now. Clean and maintained hotel. Safe. Quiet. Close to Tacoma dome, as in a 18 minute walk.

The staff was exceptionally accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance of all sorts of food options. There was also an onsite restaurant. One small negative was that Expedias site said there was free secure onsite parking, the secure parking cost $20 a night. Otherwise it was wonderful.

The value of the Hilton Garden Inn Tacoma Downtown was phenomenal. The two queen room was spacious, there were multiple places to sit aside from the beds, and the room in general (bathroom as well) did not feel cramped. There were plenty of area attractions nearby within walking distance, and the self parking fee was very reasonable.
