Apartamento muito bem localizado, proximo a praia, ao centrinho e comẽrcio em geral. Muito bom para quem quer ficar proximo a tudo sem a necessidade de deslocamentos maiores.

Tudo bem , alguns problemas, piscina inabitável e fechada todos os dias , comunicação zero com a postaria , muitas formigas , posta da garagem travava todo dia pra entrar e sair e não tinha ninguém pra ajudar
