A older hotel across the street Plaza Hidalgo. Within walking distance to restaurants, museums and markets. I didn't have a balcony but enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Beautiful view of a Serro de la Buffa. A hilltop with the cable car 🚡 station and Patrocino church. Very beautiful view in the evening.

I booked a nice and quite room in the back of the hotel. Upon check-in I was offered a "better and larger room on the frontside with great city views and even a balcony" for $400 extra. There would be a concert on the square, but I was assured it would only be from 8 pm until 10 pm. I accepted the offer and found myself in a extremely noisy room, with a balcony door that could not close and not just the "rehearsal" noise from the concert less than 50 meters away from 3 pm on, but with a heavy power generator for the concert's power supply running just under my window. When I asked to undo the "upgrade", I was told the other room was not available anymore. The building might have some historic value, but infrastructure and above all the service are terrible !! Hardly a 2 star hotel. The only positive element is the location in the historic center of Zacatecas, steps away from the main sqare and the catedral.

Bien, regresaría.

Si vas a algún evento en la plaza mayor, este es el hotel perfecto. Lo malo es que no tiene estacionamiento y está sobre una calle muy transitada. El desayuno que viene incluído es cualquier cosa, vale más la pena salir a comer algo. El estado de la habitación estaba bien, pero se nota que hace falta un poco de mantenimiento. El servicio excelebte. En general está bien y vale la pena todo con tal de estar a un paso de la plaza.

Falta de capacitación del personal, no hay quien te lleve a tu habitación el de la recepción te mandan a que subas solo y no te lleva a tu habitación como lo hacen en otros hoteles, el elevador no funcionaba, el desayuno era pésimo y deficiente, nada que ver con otros hoteles que están en el mismo rango de precios, y luego la regadera goteaba y la TV hacía un ruido raro y no se escuchaba con claridad y la habitación no tenía ni una agua de cortesía, jamás vuelvo a ir ahí

Céntrico construccion antigua y en su tiempo fue un lindo hotel. Pero No han renovado colchones y los cuartos húmedos pica luz y malas instalaciones drenajes y muy descuidado. Para ser hotel del centro hay otras opciones actuales y de mejor precio y calidas
