Once again amazing service at the Residency Towers. One of my regular hotels when visiting Chennai. Close to city centre with a short auto ride. Amazing hospitality and the food.. well where do I start. Amazing breakfast variety which can be customed to your needs. Staff were amazing. Definitely stay again.

Great location. Good food. Not accommodative when it came either to spare an umbrella in case of an emergency nor to store some of our baggages in spite of repeated requests and the fact that we were coming back after 6 days to stay agin in the propert for 3 more nights. Couldn’t believe the fact that such a great 5 star hotel did not have enough umbrellas to spare nor a small space of foot print measuring 4 sq ft. Didn’t feel happy. Made us look like beggars.

Average 3 star hotel, room automation is a good idea. No fresh air, conjusted with ac circulation. My partner tried the breakfast and mentioned it was decent on the first day morning so i decided to try the next day, None of the stewardess understand lical language and i couldn't understand their English, Restaurant tables were empty myself and my partner was asked to wait stating its all reserved and we could go to level 1 to eat and two guys who came behind us had no reservation and she accomodated them, no water glasses were provided on the table. Never went to their breakfast buffet again ! They didn't inform weekends would be louder and we didn't complain though. I wouldn't visit this property again
