Great location!! Great room with Romeo & Juliet balcony overlooking the Main Street. We put our table and chairs in front of the balcony with a bottle of wine and cheeses, bread and salami. Staff sooo friendly. Made us breakfast every morning. ( eggs, bread, cakes or croissants, juice, cappuccino and toasted ham and cheese sandwiche. One morning, bacon) They let us store luggage. Coming and going. Room is simple but clean. Location is the best,

Next time we will stay in a quieter place and one that is staffed 24/7 and where we are able to call the Hotel on a phone and not have to resort to messaging on Whatsapp. It appears that the owners want to save phone expenses at the cost of convenience to its patrons...patrons who would be willing to pay the extra fee for having these services.

This was a good place to stay in Sorrento if you want to be centrally located to everything. Train, ferry, shops, restaurants are all very close. The staff was wonderful and the morning breakfast was really nice. My only complaint is the street noise at night, especially on the weekends. If you're staying during busy season or on a weekend, and want to get to bed before midnight you'll hear a lot of partying in the area.
