Walking distance from Hakata Rail Station, and it is very close to the shopping mall of Canal City. Lots of restaurant around the hotel. Although the staff does not have perfect performance, they are still very nice and very helpful; help to make a call to the restaurant to reconfirm our booking with nicely smile all the time.

The public bath was a great addition to the experience. Though we were upgraded to a bigger room for family, we found it difficult to find enough space to open our two 27” luggages. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We’d stay here again.

The hotel is not next to but walkable to shopping areas and eateries. Although its location is not as convenient as those hotels in the Hakata Station area, it has the benefit of being quiet. The room was also very clean and well designed. The only setback being the pillows, which are very hard and thick. I had to remove the pillows before I could fall asleep.

Subway station is 1 min walk only 2. artistic deco on every floor with enough daylight and lighting in the hallway 3. front desk staff is very patient and professional Con: only 2 lifts available which could be very crowded during peak hour
