The staff were super polite and helpful , the property is very close to restaurants that are excellent , the room was right next to the ocean and the view was spectacular, the really only complaint i had was with the room - i think they should have a small fridge and microwave in the room- which there wasnt, only one small table (nightstand) next to bed but nowhere to put your drinks or phone to charge and no comfortable chairs to sit and nowhere to store your stuff or clothes while you are there ! It was very peaceful and i felt super safe . Also please fix the door which drags on the floor each time you open it , i realize the ocean water and humidity probably swells things up but its very loud when you open the door and im sure it disturbs the other guests , but besides those few things the place is in a perfect location and i would stay again if they added those important things ! The hotel was good, the view spectacular we loved it. The only thing is that for the room we have had a kitchen and all so I think they need to add a broom and pick up so we can keep clean the room. Bc with all the sand from the beach the room was always dirty. But overall all good 👌

This property has quite a bit of potential but they need to make the rooms more comfortable and up the game on service. Our room was incredibly uncomfortable with no good place hang clothes or place luggage. We were in room 17. They need to place a teak 2 tier bench below the tv and get rid of those uncomfortable chairs. This would give us a place to put our luggage or sit. The bathroom had an uncomfortable handwriting rod with only 3 hangers. They need to place a floating shelf with a rod and supply hangers. They can put another teak bench below the rod. The sink had no counter space or shelves. Again, there is plenty of room to ad a shelf below the sink so we can place our toiletries. One night the a/c went out and all they had to say is there is no maintenance at this hour. All this and they charged me $7 for some make up on a small wash cloth. If they had not had all these issues fine but with everything else the charge was really upsetting and the last draw For me
