Our stay at the Chateau La Quinta was great! Unique boutique hotel with a great patio with fire pits overlooking the lake. We would highly recommend getting a premium room overlooking the lake. Great value for the off season price. Only thing that could be improved would be the level of attentiveness for the staff.

The only negatives were that the Wi-Fi would not connect to the internet, and the free continental breakfast consisted only of toast, fruit & coffee/tea. I was expecting more for what was paid for the stay & from a nice place that had a full kitchen on site.

Nice hotel in need of some renovations
Love the hotel and its location but it’s past due for some renovations in the rooms. At least, the carpet, toilets, and window shades. The staff was nice but when my daughter was carrying a suitcase and other items down the stairs (there is no elevator), the guy at the front desk told her she was strong but didn’t bother to help her.

Wonderful people and property
I’m currently sitting on the balcony of the room we checked into while I’m writing this review. The staff and property are amazing. We were greeted by John as we walked into the lobby. He was all smiles and had a wonderful demeanor. We had delicious appetizers and cocktails. It was our first time here and will definitely return.
