Good accommodation in Santiago. Great location, friendly staff, excellent complimentary breakfast. Room was big, clean, but beds were not comfortable and the shower door is not functional, ending up with water all over the bathroom.

They had advertised a fridge in the room. There was a small one where I put food. The problem was that when I left the hotel cut all the electricity in the room so my food spoiled. Also, at night there was no air conditioning. I woke many times uncomfortably warm. If I had known about it I wouldn’t have booked there.

The WiFi didn’t work at all in our room 204, we called because we were working and needed internet for this, and they did nothing, did not move us to a different room or did nothing to work this out, additionally in the same room the air conditioner has a very loud noise that sound just as the vibration of a cellphone message every few minutes, this made it impossible for us to sleep.

Desde que chegamos o atendimento foi excelente! Cordialidade, paciência e facilidade no check-in. Café da manhã muito bom, com variedade e qualidade suficiente para atender todos os gostos. No quarto, duas camas de casal que atende tranquilamente 4 adultos. Local tranquilo, com fácil acesso a avenida nova providência, com restaurantes para todos os gostos. Bairro super tranquilo que transite segurança para andar durante a noite, até mesmo com crianças. Próximo a duas estações de metrô que levam a todos os pontos turísticos mais conhecidos de Santiago. Recomendo tranquilamente.

Banheiro sempre sujo.
Ótima localização, porém numa estadia de 7 dias, o banheiro só foi limpo duas vezes porque solicitei, além de esrar entupido no primeiro dia. Café da manhã fraquissimo, com pães ou biscoitos parecendo ser do dia anterior, ruim, apesar da simpatia de uma das atendentes.

Hotel bem localizado e agradável
Hotel apesar de um pouco antigo, está em ótimo estado de conservação e tem localização ímpar, muito boa, perto de restaurantes, bares, vendinhas, farmácias, cafés, lojas e dá para ir a pé ao Costanera Center, mega shopping com muitas lojas de marcas locais e internacionais e um Jumbo que dá para comprar vinhos excelentes por ótimos preços. Fiquei num quarto com duas camas queen, piso de madeira, algumas tomadas para carregamento de eletrônicos, colchões e lençóis macios e confortáveis. Banheiro tem banheira, com cortina de plástico. Móveis com aspecto de antigos, desgastados, mais estavam limpos. Cofre não funcionou, frigobar pequeno mas útil, TV de tela grande. Ponto de destaque: café da manhã muito completo e farto, das 7 às 11h. Ponto negativo: poeira nos exaustores.

Hotel muito aconchegante. Ficaria lá outras vezes. O café da manhã é muito bom. Vale destacar os ovos, a salada de frutas e yogurtes. A limpeza e organizacao é um ponto forte. Em resumo, pode ir sem medo. Fiquei por 6 dias neste hotel com minha familia em um quarto para 4 pessoas e a experiencia foi muito boa.
