Nice hotel in the good area. Close to the beach. A lot of shops and restaurants are nearby. Room was nice with sea view and A/C. Breakfast was good, however with poor options of fresh vegetables. Overall it is nice hotel.

Great and charming hotel
Overall a great experience. Friendly staff and a clean hotel. We stayed in the main hotel and the rooms were spacious , clean and modern. The daily cleaning service was good with fresh water in your fridge each day. Fresh beach towels daily at no extra cost. The hotel is a small 4 star and that is part of its charm. There is a mixture of all ages in the hotel and overall very quiet at night with no rowdy partying. There was a shower room for late departure which allowed us to wait all day and check out when we pleased with no extra cost.

Excellent location on the best beach in the area. Lots of quality bars and restaurants beside the hotel. Its also close to main palma nova beach. Big roomd with good size balcony. Beach and sea are clean. Area feels safe at night. Nice pool area.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very kind and helpful. The food is very delicious we had half board so it was open buffet. The position of the hotel is opposite the beach and the view is amazing. 25 minutes from the airport by the shuttle. Restaurants and shops all around open all day. Diffently coming back again

Breakfast was excellent. There was not enough reception staff. The day bartender didn’t know how to make drinks or what glasses to use. It was inconvenient to have to take outside elevator to the second floor “ garden” to pick up and return towels. You have to pay $3 a day for your safe key and $10 deposit. Our shower curtain rail kept falling down and the ceiling above the shower was damp and peeling.

No room cleaning for 4days so bins were over flowing and towels and floors get sandy when you're in a beach in Spain, balcony was under a pine tree so hundreds of pine needles on the balcony by the end of 5days. We were told off for drinking water by the pool that had been bought at the shop next door. Isn't it in humane to ban water, we got through several litres a day to not faint! Breakfast was good though, the ladies in the restaurant were so friendly unlike all the reception staff who seemed very annoyed any time you asked for something.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right near bus stops, shops, bars and the beach. The service in the hotel was 5 star. The room was adequate however a little dated. The food was not great value, we went half board and only ate at the hotel 50% of the time as you can get better food elsewhere at a reasonable price. If we chose to go to Palma Nova again in the future we would consider staying at this hotel again however we would definitely stay on a room only basis.

Hotel located just by the beach and within easy access to the local shops. There were numerous amounts of cafes and restaurants around the hotel and a very good bus service to take you to Palma. I took my elderly Mother with me and she really enjoyed it, apart from her bath had no handles on it, so she was unable to use it properly. They had a good bar on the site, but no snacks were offered and no mats for your drinks, so your glass dripped on you!! I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent location directly opposite the beach. Sea view room on the 3rd floor was spacious, great views, quiet despite being on a road, clean and very comfy beds. Bathroom was clean, large and good shower. Lovely breakfast each morning. Very friendly breakfast and day staff. Supermarket right next door. Loads of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Luggage storage and shower room can be booked - our flights wasn’t until the evening so this was a great plus. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you for a lovely holiday

Staff is really nice, but we didn’t have wi-fi in our room. The facilities are old, half of the gym equipment doesnt work, the sauna is closed. The breakfast its not great. Also had loud neighbours. For me this is not a 4 star hotel more of a 2 star.

Bad customer service and should be a 2 star hotel.
The hotel is situated in an excellent location, thats the best part about hotel. We booked 3 rooms, none had floors cleaned in that week and the rooms all had issues. From terrible aircon working, no electricity, unsafe balcony handrail (secured with tape). We booked with an elderly relative and was told the hotel has good disabled access etc. The lift is tiny and no way cab a wheelchair user get into that lift, thats if you get the chance to use it as there is only 1 tiny lift so always in use. The night reception that greeted us was miserable and rude but this seems to be a trait of the reception and bar staff. Overally a 2 out of 10. The 2 purely for location.

Definitely not a 4* property it is a 3* at best. Lots of repairs and updates needed. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and asked for a room with a king or queen bed and what we got was a room that had 2 singles pushed together, not very romantic. Especially seeing as the beds slid around on the floor and would separate creating a hole in the middle while sleeping. Didn’t like that you were charged if you wanted to use the safe in your room. Never seen that before in any hotel we have stayed in! Breakfast offerings could have been better and more varied. Some of the fruit was good but strawberries were either canned or previously frozen, when it’s prime strawberry season and a 4* hotel that is a disgrace! Other canned fruit was offered also and the last day had chicken nuggets and chips at the breakfast buffet…for an adults only resort!?? On the plus side the staff were very nice, especially the ladies at breakfast! The location is great and super convenient to get anywhere.
