Horrible Rooms

Beautiful amenities, lobby and restaurant. Very out dated rooms. Our room was missing a tile from the bathroom ceiling/the actual shower had rust on top/both sofas were stained and dirty/had to kill multiple spiders. Left a message with the manager and they did not even bother contacting me back.

Love this historic hotel

I love this historic hotel. It is so special. Get the hotel morning tour by Ed Elsworth, it's super interesting! Keep in mind it was built in 1902 and some parts need some upkeep. Spa is delightful and the view of the mountain is spectacular.

This is an amazing place in all ways, the staff were super helpful. I had my 7 year old grandson for 1 night & they treated him really well. We used both indoor & outdoor pools & I used the fitness center also, well maintained and very clean.

Very average

Famous and stately as it may be, the Omni Mount Washington is average throughout - from the tired rooms, unimaginative food and beverage options and an outdoor heated pool that was tepid at best. Spa treatments were the only above average aspect, but the amenities around the spa, e.g. saunas and hot tub, were average. It was very popular with multi-generational guests and seemed fun for kids under 12. Disappointing place for a birthday weekend for a couple.

Beautiful setting. Fantastic Nordic skiing program. Probably too expensive for what it is but I will return anyway.
