We had a great weekend at Inn at Avila Beach! The view from the rooftop deck for breakfast each morning and relaxing before heading to dinner in the afternoon was the absolute best! The breakfast and the coffee was top notch!

We had a lovely time. The breakfast was great with options to choose and the view is wonderful! The room was fine for our family. The only thing that would of made it outstanding is an elevator to the Sun deck. Be prepared to walk up the stairs for breakfast 🙂

Second time here. Price was fine, older property. I got the exact same room as last trip. We stayed 4 nights with zero housecleaning; no trash taken, no fresh towels, nothing. For a couple nights that is fine, but 4 nights we should at least get our trash taken out. Breakfast service was great!

Stayed here for a two night stay to accompany my spouse to town for a work event. The location was spot on and the room was very comfortable. Had an amazing view from our patio that was hard to leave! The included coffee and pastries upstairs on the sundeck each morning was the icing on an already wonderful cake! We will absolutely be back!

Well got a room and another guest unlocked the door with a key and told me was in his room im on my anniversary with my wife mind you so basically double booked my room so we had to move rooms but other then that the rooms were good clean friendly coffee on the 3rd floor amazing not what i was expecting but will come back if i book though the hotel its self but because i went through a 3rd party they can comp me the room and that was 270$ a night other then the love the location

Had a wonderful stay here. The 'inn keeper' was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. Location is perfect, the room was great. Only complaints might be not having AC, which honestly in february we didn't need at all. The complementary breakfast was really nice, little bakery kind of coffee shop vibe on the roof. The rooftop setup/vibe is very neat as well, can just sit up there and watch the ocean all day. Such a hidden gem!
