Very impressive hotel and staff is friendly. Walking distance to Grand World and Teddy Bear Museum. Breakfast has good options of everything you would want to eat. Large swimming pool and not too crowded.

Large hotel 500+ rooms. Nice rooms, fine atmosphere, big pool in the middle and free shuttle to the nearby beach. Breakfast was ample, but like trying to compete with a host of locusts.. 1. Find a table 2. defend table 3. Get breakfast one at the time. Much to choose from though.. Overall :Would come again.

The hotel and surroundings were great. Pool is impressive.. staff were very hospitable and welcoming. The buffet breakfast is madness with way too many people all trying to access breakfast at the same time. Not enough tables and not enough staff.. Room sizes are very good. Could do with some additional furniture as they are quite sparse.

They throw away my happy birthday paper crown we brought from our country. It is a decorative item for my wife's birthday dinner. The safety box is broken, the wooden floor is uneven and easy to get hurt the toes . A bit dusty on the air conditioner.

The staff were very friendly and made sure to make our stay comfortable. It is ideal location to visit the attraction in Grand World. The only drawback was that it was bit far from Phu Quoc town city and Han Thom attractions. Overall loved it!!

Hotels.com has it rated as a four-star I rated it as s a 5 star, only complaint was from the 4th floor you can see the first floor glass roof where some patrons have thrown water bottles etc I brought it to their attention but it wasn't cleaned by the time we left and the ceiling fan blades in the room could have been a cleaner but other than that I still give it a five star and very affordable. Staff was very polite & helpful. No ocean view but within walking distance to VinSafari & VinWonders. Casino was 3 minutes away. Exceptionally large and clean swimming pool.

The property is beautiful, nicely maintained. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The bar staff, especially Thang, went out of his way to make use happy. He always made our drinks fast and friendly. He even offered to bring our drinks out to the pool for us. We will stay again here again when we return to Phu Quoc.
