Très déçu
J'avais réservé une chambre en centre ville d'Annecy pour faire une surprise à mon épouse. Nous avons été très déçu : chambre petite, mansardée dont la moitié était sous la loi Carrez ( obligés de se baisser pour accéder à notre valise et pour accéder au point cafetière mis à notre disposition. Pour 162 € pas terrible. La veille à Aix les Bains pour 70 € nous avions un studio neuf !!!! dans un appart/hôtel !!!

Se siete frequentatori degli hotel Mercure, dimenticate i normali standard! La posizione é centrale a ridosso della parte antica, le stanze adeguate alle metrature francesi. L’arredamento della stanza avrebbe bisogno di qualche ritocco; il bagno è sprovvisto di qualunque set di cortesia- non mi si dica che lo si potrebbe chiedere!-Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un asciugamano bucato. Il personale é gentile, ma non all’altezza di gestire un 4 stelle. Una sera, pioveva, alla nostra richiesta di un ombrello, ci viene risposto che ne erano sprovvisti in quanto precedentemente rubati e mai riacquistati… Abbiamo chiesto la prenotazione di un tavolo in un ristorante, riceviamo la conferma dal receptionist, salvo scoprire, arrivati sul posto, che il ristorante era chiuso! Però il prezzo della stanza è adeguato ad un normale 4 stelle !
