Inntørket frokost visst dere ikke er tidlige.
Vi kom ned til frokost ca. en time før den sluttet. Da lå osten inntørket og vridd. Pålegg og grønnsaker hadde også tørre overflater, tydelig ligget inne i timevis og tørket uten å vært tildekket. Frokostbuffeens størrelse var bra men maten så ikke innbytende ut. ☹️Skuffende ☹️

Flott og godt vedlikeholdt eldre hotell
Bodde to netter på dette hotellet, og ble positivt overrasket. Kjempehyggelige og behjelpelige ansatte i resepsjonen. Fikk på forespørsel oppgradere til "Superior room" med utsikt mot Karmsundet siste natta, uten ekstra kostnad. Rent og pent, og godt vedlikehold av interiør tross alder på hotellet. Dette er et koselig hotell med sjel og sjarm, og mye triveligere enn flere nyere hotell med institusjonelt preg. Her bor jeg gjerne igjen ved besøk i Haugesund/Karmøy traktene.

Sjelden jeg er på en frokostbuffet hvor havregrøt ikke er en del av dette. Da jeg spør om jeg kan få en skål med havregrøt får jeg beskjed om at de ikke har det ute, så da er det ikke tilgjengelig. Etter jeg har satt meg ned ser jeg bordet vedsiden av meg få 2 skåler med havregrøt å kanel servert. Det var tydelig for meg at det kommer an på hvem som spør, behandlingen er dog ikke lik for meg som for en kar med dress.

Gratis oppgradering av rom var bra. To servitører i spisesal ved frokost var for lite. Elendig rydding av bord så gjester måtte selv rydde. Tar ikke med oppvask tilbake til kjøkken selvom de går rett forbi bord bugnende av oppvask
