Apartment felt sterile, maybe the harsh lighting and the white floors. Bathroom is really really small, constantly hitting my head on the water heater. Floors were not the cleanest (slippers were immediately dark with dirt). Only one thin sheet on the uncomfortable bed, maybe a Turkish thing. Location is great. Manager is very friendly and speaks good English.

Fabulous hotel and property with so so service
Quite possibly the nicest suite (jacuzzi in room) ive ever stayed in. Very fabulous, impressive property. Very clean. Very high class. Really loved our room. Breakfast was good, surrounding property was nice, jacuzzi water was not entirely clean from tap. Left thick residue despite showering thoroughly prior to entry. Staff customer service in the restaurant was great, but only so-so at front desk. Quite cold and a silly policy that annoyed me (a guy literally running to across the property to check our mini bar before allowing us to check out). Prices were not in lira and we’re extremely expensive, despite staff buying products for dirt cheap at the amazing market across the street and jacking them up 30x. I just went to the market across the street to buy the products first hand (water, snacks, etc).

New Year in Fethie
The place is fantastic. Management is super-friendly. We got free update to 3-bedroom apartment on the top of the building. Apartment is well-furnished with all kitchenware including the equipment to make Turkish tea and coffee. Location is great. Amazing place for family vacation.
