Perfect value for money on the way to Rocky NP
We arrived after midnight and check-in was quick. The most remarkable thing was the waffle machine at breakfast! Delicious! Had to leave early so couldn't use the pool. maybe next time...

Always Feel Like Somebody’s Watching Me
Travelled across the US from Southern California. We brought in our two kids and four large dogs at the same time. Front desk manager said we were trying to sneak in two dogs and then called us and told us to leave. There was only space for two dogs names on the check in sheet. We asked if we could get a second room and she said she would have to call her manager and ask. So she was going to kick us out before asking her manager if she was supposed to do so.
If you are ok with being constantly watched on camera, being called dishonest, and if you are ok with passive aggressive desk clerks and notes telling you not to take the ice from the ice machine or not to let the door close too loudly, then this is the place for you!
As far as amenenties go, the beds were incredibly wobbly. Everytime you turned over you risked giving your bed partner motion sickness.
Breakfast was ok but you are not supposed to take it back to your room, so if you ARE traveling with dogs you can’t really take advantage of the breakfast because you are not supposed to leave your dogs unattended.

It’s an older peppery that they purchased from a different hotel a few years ago. It’s ok, breakfast was ehh and service was fine. Forgot my toothpaste and they happily provided a few for me. BUT the room I stayed in had bed bugs!!! Gross! I stayed three nights and had bites all over my arms! So maybe just my luck, but not going back to that place or at least room 116.

Great service but needs renovations badly
Great service. Breakfast was good. Employees were very friendly. Room and hotel were dirty. The bathroom smelled badly of mold. Hotel needs to be renovated but the service was definitely great.

Blood stains on the bathroom wall and the electric outlet by the sink was loose and dirty. Trash cans are too small. Bathroom door was broken on the bottom. This is room 130. The housekeeper didn’t leave any extra toilet paper.

The front desk attendant was abrupt and then mouthy when I couldn't find the stairs to get to the second floor. Carpet in the rooms had what appeared to be burn holes, blow dryer didn't work, tub faucet was loose and felt like it would fall off, flusher handle on toilet was loose. The hallway and stairway floors were very dirty like they hadn't been vacuumed in a while. The side entrance of the building was completely dark. There was light fixtures, but they were either off or inoperative.
The sheets and bed appeared to be clean and the bathroom was clean.

Trashy place!
Staff was very odd. He put on latex gloves before helping us at the front desk. There are not mandates in order so why put gloves on? The room was outdated and had a bad smell. The AC/heater unit was so old and rusted. The floors were sticky and towels didn’t feel fresh and clean. We will never stay here again.
