Convenient Location
The location was perfect. Close to where i needed to be for my meetings and close to a mall and multiple restaurants and shops. The suite was large with 2 bathrooms so it was great. Will definitely book again.

We were unable to have a bath as they had removed ALL tub stoppers. At check-out we were refused an invoice and told our damage deposit would take several days to be refunded.

The TV in the room was not working. I told the front desk the first day I checked in and repeated again the next day to let them know it's not working. I was there 4 nights and they never fixed or replaced it. This hotel needs to be updated and cleaned up. Hotel is a dump.

They red flagged me before they made a mistake on my payment, they under charged me and they wanted me to pay the difference on the day I checked out. I didn’t want to pay the remaining because when I got to my room there was some random man on my bed claiming it was his room and the housekeeper let him in. My bag was missing which was downstairs with not all my other stuff that was in the room. So I decided not the pay the differences. Now I am red flagged. Is there any other way I his can be lifted??? It was far below expectations. The AC barely worked considering the heat wave and the lady at the front desk never showed up to have a look at it after promising to do so. The bathroom sink flowed so slowly and the room worst of all was filled with bugs and mosquitoes. We could not wait to leave as fast as possible.

as soon as I got to the Travel Lodge, I new right away I was not going to stay there. Police car was sitting there idling in the parking lot. I walked to the entrance and I could smell the stench of many cigarets and whatnot smoked there. I tried cancelling and they said I had to cancel through expedia. I would like to have my money back. I felt very unsafe there and went to another motel
