A bit disappointing for 5 star hotel
The room is nice and clean with comfy pillow and bed mattress. But there are 2 problems at the bathroom. First, something was wrong with the two flushing buttons. I had to press it hard for over 10 times to completely flush the toilet. This made me frustrated. Second, the drain cover plate on the bathroom floor is rusty, which seems not acceptable for a 5-star hotel.

Amazing View !
My family and I had a great & wonderful time at Hyatt Regency Sydney, We had a quick check in plus out of the 3 rooms I reserved, the receptionist gave us 1 room early check in at 10:30AM in order for us to refreshed ourselves. All our rooms had fantastic & amazing view of Darling Harbor. I highly recommend this hotel.

Definitely would return to this Hyatt!
The Hyatt Regency Sydney met all our expectations. We were happy that we were able to check in a couple of hours early since we had arrived after a 21 flight. I left an item in the room and after an email I was told that that they had it and would make arrangements to return it to me. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
